gobeze provides AI infrastructure services including data annotation, model training, applied AI systems, managed AI workforce delivery, and AI training programs through the gobeze AI Academy. These terms govern your use of our website and engagement with our services.

2. Service Agreements

Specific service engagements are governed by separate Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Statements of Work (SOWs) that detail scope, deliverables, pricing, and timelines. These supplementary agreements take precedence over these general terms where applicable.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of gobeze or its licensors. Client data and models developed under service agreements are governed by the terms of individual contracts. gobeze retains rights to its proprietary tools, methodologies, and training materials.

4. Data Handling

gobeze follows strict data governance protocols for all client data. For healthcare and medical AI projects, we adhere to HIPAA-compliant handling procedures. Data is processed only within the scope defined in service agreements and is not used for purposes outside the contracted engagement.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during service engagements. Non-disclosure agreements are standard for all enterprise and managed workforce contracts.

6. Limitation of Liability

gobeze's liability for any claim arising from service delivery is limited to the fees paid for the specific service during the 12-month period preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

7. Modifications

gobeze reserves the right to update these terms. Material changes will be communicated to active clients. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
